Inspiration
During my yoga teacher training, I was introduced to the pricipals and symbols of yoga.
The Process
As I began each piece, I researched the concept including the word in sanscrit and the colors and symbles associated with the word.
Symbols
These works include many important symbols from my previous work, such as Sanskrit and doshas. Instead of a yoga pose, I concentrated on the colors and symbles. Unlike my privious work, the Sanskrit words are repeated throughout the many layers of the pieces.
